How rude
Is the entire world in a bad mood this week?
First a total stranger tells me to F*CK OFF.
Now the internet is abusing me.
All I wanted was to review the Webby Awards nomination list...
Case sensitsive and insensitive it would appear...
Mind you, I've seen worse on Countdown:

Those captcha forms are so poorly designed. A swearword filter would be easy enough to add.
They should also avoid using letters that can be confused with other letters or numbers, and then let people in if they get close enough (eg type in 810g instead of BlOg). The distortion used to thwart OCR can make it hard for people to differentiate similar characters, and it's much more likely that there's a confused human on the other end than a brute force robot that got that close. It's not hard to program, it's just that programmers don't prioritise usability highly enough.
To use a web shorthand, this made me ROFLOL!

I do, however, have so many online friends that are blind and have no end of trouble with the evil captchas... :(
Oh Julie you really made me laugh with this posting. I had one the other day that spelt an actual word but can't remember what it was but it was no where near as rude as yours!!!!!!!!! I do agree that they make those things as difficult to read as they can, I do not have any vision problems and I still can't make them out sometimes, they need to get them sorted out.
Right I'm off still giggling!!!!!
